Although I didn’t know exactly what PSYCH-K® was when I first tried it,I knew I had to try something different to release a major block a few years back. What was key to me is that it would work on a subconscious level rather than my conscious level which had been working so hard to solve the problem.

That one session was life changing because I walked in with a huge emotional block that I had been struggling with for months and walked out feeling lighter and knowing that something very deep had changed.

I love introducing people to the power of this effective and relatively simple tool and continually use it as a way to support my personal development.

Homeopathy & Flower Essences

In general we all take our health for granted until something happens. We begin to feel or notice something (pain, discomfort, anxiety) that wasn’t there before or that returns after a long absence. It is our body’s way of communicating that there is an imbalance.

This is a different way of looking at the situation rather than our usual approach which is to simply want to get rid of the symptoms and often results in a temporary fix.

My recommendation is that we work together on what’s really going on beneath the symptoms and heal from the inside.

The aim of homeopathy is to kick-start your body’s own healing mechanism using natural remedies that come from the plant, animal and mineral worlds. Flower essences can also be wonderfully supportive in that process.


While working with clients using mainly homeopathy in the past, I came to understand how fundamental good nutrition is to keeping well. It’s a vital component of physical health but also reflects your level of self-care.

I help my clients to develop a basic understanding of the role nutrition plays in improving their health and provide practical suggestions to incorporate into their day to day lives.

In 2016 I completed a nutrition for everyday living course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London which supported the self-study I have done over the years to improve my own diet. I wanted practical steps and knowledge that I could share with my clients.

Meditation is an important tool to manage stress and anxiety as well as to create space in your life. As there are different ways to meditate, we can explore which ones are the best for you to try.

I may also comment on exercise and encourage you to find the right type that fits with your life.

I charge £95 for an hour and a half session
