Family Homeopathy Testimonials
The following testimonials were freely given to me by my patients to use for my website and represent their personal views.
My daughter, who is 5 years old has suffered for a long time with colds which lead to persistent coughing lasting several weeks and keeping her and the rest of the family awake at night. On a couple of occasions they have resulted in a stay in hospital. After several visits to doctors and various courses of antibiotics we decided to look into consulting a Registered Homeopath. We found Gloria Kimberley’s site on the internet, and as she was very local to us we booked to see her.
I found Gloria to be very kind, caring and professional. The first meeting was over an hour in which time we discussed my daughter in detail, following which Gloria sent us some remedies for her. We then had a couple of follow up appointments where again we discussed the remedies and my daughter. Since those visits my daughter is so much healthier, if she does get a cough and cold, she takes a remedy and it is gone in a couple of days.
I would without hesitation recommend Gloria. It has been a long journey of visits to doctors and hospitals and it has been so refreshing to be given time and feel that my daughter’s condition was viewed from a holistic approach and the correct remedy given. We are very grateful to Gloria as we have a healthy girl again and we are all getting our sleep!

When Gloria first started coming I wasn’t very good at sleeping and I didn’t really like school.
Gloria’s good with children. She comes to you so you don’t have to go to her. She listened to me when I talked. She asked me how my brother was. She sent me remedies in the post which helped me.
I liked choosing my own remedy and it had my name on the bottle. It helps you do different things like sleep and work and play.
Now I feel happy and excited for my future. I don’t have any fears any more and I like my new school.
I first got in touch with Gloria when things were getting more and more difficult with my son. His behaviour was hard to manage, he was angry and argumentative. He had always tended to be hyperactive and was having increasing difficulty getting to sleep at night.
I had used homeopathy myself previously a number of years ago for severe eczema so was familiar with the benefits of alternative therapies. I found Gloria’s details on the internet and from the first time I spoke to her on the telephone, she was very supportive and positive about being able to help. She arranged to come and see us at home which fitted in well with my younger son as well.
The boys both liked Gloria and felt at ease with her friendly and open approach from the first appointment. She took time to get to know my eldest son through conversations and questioning and understood him extremely well.
After trying a few remedies (which are natural, easy to take and not intrusive) we found the ones that really worked for my son. Now, not only has his behaviour settled down and his general approach at home improved considerably, he is also feeling lots more positive about other aspects of his life. He has more friends, is doing better at school and is excelling at sports. He gets on better with his younger brother and can even stay on his chair long enough to eat a whole meal!
In addition, throughout the treatment process Gloria has been accessible through text, e-mail or by telephone. It is reassuring to know that she is there to offer support and advice about any issues between appointments. And it was good for me to talk to someone who understood the worries and difficulties I was going through as a parent. Both my son and I will miss Gloria’s visits now that he doesn’t need any more treatment!

My daughter was six going on seven at the time when she suffered with glue ear. My Doctor recommended homeopathy as the best option which, I was happy to hear, as I didn't want to go down the 'gromits' route! She was also unhappy at school, when she had always loved it before and, although quite bright, was never pleased with her work. She lacked confidence and would cry most nights before she fell asleep.
Gloria was just lovely, she has a natural affinity with children and my daughter really took to her. She asked both myself and my daughter many questions which were all relevant to my daughters ailment, but also questions that related more to her as a person. I used to suffer from recurring bacterial throat infections. After homeopathic treatment prescribed by Gloria, this has completely disappeared. I also had treatment for a wart which disappeared within 2 weeks. My then 8 year old son also had treatment and within a month was completely dry at night. My daughter was diagnosed with 'glue ear' in November 2007 and her hearing was significantly impaired in both ears as a result of the condition. After a consultation with a specialist who suggested we wait 3 months to see if any improvement occurred and then look at the possibility of grommets, which was not my preferred option. Homeopathy and Gloria were recommended to me by a friend.
Gloria had several consultations with my daughter and invested time in getting to know her, so that an appropriate remedy could be recommended. In May 2008, we returned to the specialist for another assessment, there was a slight improvement and we decided to continue with the homeopathy for a further 3 months before considering grommets.
In September 2008, after the summer break we returned to the specialist for a final consultation and I am delighted to say my daughter's hearing has dramatically improved and returned to a normal range in both ears. My daughter also seems to have more energy and her sleeping is much improved. I believe Gloria and the homeopathic remedies have contributed significantly to this and would highly Gloria and the use of homeopathic treatment.
